Use of our apps
Falcon SaaS provides websites, Freshworks Marketplace apps, and related integration services. You are responsible for configuring each app with accounts, channels, permissions, and settings that you are authorized to use.
Third-party platforms
Our apps may depend on Freshworks, Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, API policies, and service availability.
Acceptable use
You must not use our apps to access accounts or data without authorization, violate platform policies, send abusive content, or interfere with the normal operation of Freshworks, Google, YouTube, or Falcon SaaS systems.
Service changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality as needed for reliability, security, compliance, or platform changes.
